1. Seller and scope
These terms govern purchases of downloadable digital 3D-model files from this store. Seller details are available on the Contact page. No physical products are shipped.
2. Products
Products may include STL, 3MF or ZIP files. The product page specifies the included files and relevant characteristics. A 3D printer, software and materials are not included.
3. Ordering and payment
Customers select products, provide an email address and complete payment through the available payment provider. The final order total and currency are displayed before payment.
4. Digital delivery
After confirmed payment, download access is provided electronically to the email address supplied with the order. Download links normally remain valid for seven days. Customers experiencing delivery problems should contact the seller.
5. Licence and intellectual property
After purchase, the buyer receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, print, distribute and resell the purchased digital files and physical prints for personal or commercial purposes, including granting these permissions to others. No additional permission or payment to the seller is required. Copyright ownership is not transferred. The licence covers only rights the seller is entitled to grant and does not override third-party rights.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost once delivery begins, but only where the requirements of applicable law have been met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation. 7. Complaints and conformity
Customers may report defective, incomplete or non-conforming digital content to the seller. Statutory consumer rights and remedies remain available, regardless of any withdrawal exception. Please describe the problem and provide the order reference if available.
8. Technical requirements
Downloading requires an internet connection, a working email address and software capable of handling the supplied file format. Compatibility or printing outcomes are not guaranteed beyond the characteristics expressly stated for the product and applicable law.
9. Privacy
Personal information is processed for order handling, payment and delivery as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law in their country of residence.
