Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
The seller identified on the Contact page is the controller of personal data processed in connection with this store. Privacy enquiries may be sent to the seller's contact email.
2. Data we process
We may process the email address provided with an order, purchased product details, order amounts and status, payment transaction identifiers, delivery records, complaint correspondence and technical information necessary for security and operation of the store.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is processed to conclude and perform purchase contracts (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), meet applicable legal obligations including accounting and tax requirements (Article 6(1)(c)), and protect the store against misuse and maintain security where justified by legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment card information is entered into the payment provider's checkout environment rather than collected directly by this store. Stripe processes payment-related information under its applicable terms and privacy notices.
5. Digital delivery and email
We use email delivery infrastructure, including Resend, to send download links and purchase-related messages. The delivery process may involve the recipient address, message content, order references and delivery status.
6. Hosting and technical logs
The store runs on server infrastructure that may record IP addresses, request times, technical errors and other operational information. Such records are used for security, troubleshooting and service reliability.
7. Retention
Order, transaction and accounting data is kept for periods required by applicable law. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its relevant purpose, including resolving complaints and security incidents.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Relevant personal data may be shared with hosting, payment and email service providers where necessary to operate the store. Transfers outside the European Economic Area, where applicable, must rely on a valid GDPR transfer mechanism.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of their data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. They may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
10. Cookies and local storage
The store may use technically necessary session cookies and browser storage for functions such as administrator login, shopping cart and language preferences. Any additional analytics or marketing technologies must be disclosed and assessed separately before activation.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the store's services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
